Over the past years I’ve seen ConvertKit go through many changes.

In fact, ConvertKit is one company that makes me feel like they have realistic people working there and not robots.

For one, they never had a free plan, and now they do.

The only entry plan that was offered would have cost you $25.00 per month for 1000 subscribers. You also needed a credit card to join. Plus, you had to verify your website.

Well, that has since changed.

Secondly, they publicly considered a rebrand because they felt like the name ConvertKit didn’t fit their core values.

Well, that made many people upset.

Most people loved the name ConvertKit, while others didn’t feel comfortable with the rebranded name that ConvertKit was choosing.

In my opinion, their terms of use aren’t clear.
