Well, while it’s not as easy as it used to be.

You can still start an affiliate marketing blog and save money with the free tools that I’m going to share with you today.

Free Tool #1 – H-SuperTool

It’s not the most perfect tool but, it really does mean what it says. 

It’s a super tool…

On this site you’ll find features ranging from:

  • A Keyword Research tool for your affiliate blog
  • It helps you find keywords for your YouTube content
  • Instagram hashtag generator
  • Email Validation tool
  • Question Explorer
  • SEO Analyzer
  • And so much more

This tool also provides tons of features that can assist you with writing better blog posts. 

For example, it has a free grammar checker. 

Yes, yes I can hear you now…

“Can’t I just use Grammarly it’s free too?”

Sure, you could use Grammarly but, hear me out.

.The next feature that I’m going to mention which is the plagiarism feature is not free on Grammarly.

But, it’s free on Small SEO tools.

 In fact, I was a premium Grammarly member for an entire year and that set me back about $140.00 for the year, which would you rather go with?

Are you wondering why your website is not fully secure?

Check out Why No Padlock website, this tool will help you stop pulling your hair out.

It breaks down your SSL Certification.

As you can see my SSL is expiring within 61 days. I have no clue why because, I’ve purchased it for an entire year. 

This is a little off topic but, I wanted to be transparent here, updating and keeping track of my SSL is something new to me.

I don’t have to deal with that on my hosted website at Wealthy Affiliate.

The point is, you’ll learn that affiliate marketing is a constant learning field.

You’re always testing, tweaking, and refining, which brings me to the next tool.

SiteLiner is a great tool to use.

It’s also a tool that you may want to become familiar with.

It lets you check for:

  • Broken links
  • Duplicate content
  • Counts words per page
  • The speed of your pages
  • External & internal links

Keeping up with your website’s SEO is highly recommended.

Every so often you’ll want to run your website through this tool to make sure you are taking care of any broken links. 

Broken links are not good for SEO. In fact they are known to hurt your SEO. 

Pro Tip: Once you have hundreds of articles on your website, things get a lot messier. Please do check for broken links often.

Free Tool # 5 – Copyscape

Copyscape is a tool created to help you avoid plagiarism.

You’ll soon learn that not all so-called plagiarism can be avoided.

For instance, in the image below you’ll find that Copyscape has found 2 instances where they’re saying shetriedthat.com has some form of plagiarism on it. 

The problem is, the plagiarism that Copyscape is saying is Plagiarism is actually an Amazon affiliate statement that all affiliates are required to have on their website.

Instead of paying for Grammarly, Hemingway App should be your go to app. 

It helps you make your sentences shorter and less intimidating.

If you have any hard to read sentences, the app will highlight the sentence with a red color.

Free Tool #7 – QuickPages

Do you need a landing page?

Quickpages allows you to build free landing pages.

This free landing page builder can connect to MailChimp and Getresponse.

It also has an email custom feature. 

I haven’t verified it yet but, I am assuming it may connect to other email autoresponders as well.

Free Tool # 8- Canva

Canva is one of my favorite tools to use.

In fact, with Canva you can create more than images.

You can design:

  • Printables
  • Business cards
  • Flyers
  • Logos
  • Favicons
  • Banners for all social media platforms
  • And so much more.

And, Although there’s a paid version. There’s also a free version. 

Currently I use the paid version but, I was also a free member for the last 5 years. 

So, if you plan on marketing with Pinterest this will be one of your go to image creation tools.

Free Tool #9 – Google Sites

I recently learned how Google Sites can benefit you.

In fact, it benefits many people.

Not only will it help those affiliate marketers with no website.

It also can help a marketer with a website. 

Today, I built a Google Site – something really quick because I wanted to see how it works.

By the way, I didn’t write an article, I built more of a quick landing page. Writing an article on a Google site is my next test.

Anyhow, here’s what I discovered:

  • You can place affiliate links on the website. 
  • You can build the website like a landing page
  • And you can write articles on the website.

You can also connect a registered domain to the Google site, and have the website indexed by Google.

So, what does this all mean to you?

It means that the Google Sites are capable of getting traffic, if you built the site out with your best efforts and promoted it like a normal website.

You could potentially earn money using a Google site and it’s completely free. 

Either way, Google sites, is a one page website builder offered by the Big G, Google. 

If you have a Gmail account, then you’ll have access to this website builder. 

By the way, there’s a big debate about one page websites.

Some SEO Gurus will frown upon this method while others won’t.

In my opinion, we should just care about what our audience wants and Google.

Free Tool #10 – Google Search Console

Google Search Console is a free tool that will help you track several things.

  • It helps you track keywords that your website is ranking for within the search engine

It’ll notify you, when there’s an URL error.

  • And, after writing a post or updating a post you can submit your URL to Google Search Console for indexing. 

The bottom line is it’ll show you your overall website performance.

Google analytics has made improves to this tool for the last 3 years.

It’s a free tool that helps you measure your website’s performance. 

With this service you’ll be able to see:

  • How long a website stays on your site?
  • You’ll learn how much traffic you received for the day, week, or month.
  • You’ll learn what posts on your website are popular.
  • You’ll be able to see what device, location, and gender is visiting your website. 

The point is, once you have enough data Google Analytics will help you improve your website visitors experience.

Bing Webmaster tools is like Google Analytics. It’s free and measures all the same things that Google measures. 

The difference between the two is, of course Google Analytics is owned by Google. Google also has many free tools.

  • Google  Digital Garage
  • And so much more

On the other hand, Bing offers it’s own free tools

Such as:

  • Microsoft Clarity
  • Heatmaps
  • Site Scan
  • Plus more

Clickbank is a popular affiliate network, and if you promote products from them, you’ll want to join this website as well. 

The idea behind this website is to show you what products are the top sellers out of all the products on Clickbank.

It’ll also give you data on programs that aren’t doing so well. 

CbSnooper will give you a head start in product promotion.

I would recommend joining them while they are still free.

Especially, if you want to get traffic to your website for FREE.

Without ranking your keywords, and practicing good SEO you may not get the traffic that you’re dreaming of. 

So, unless you pay an SEO expert thousands of dollars, you’ll want to have these tools in your toolbox.
